We will not sell or give your information to any other vendor without your permission.
Any information provided to us is used exclusively for internal purposes.

Textbook Return Policy
Textbook and course material returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Purchases were made during the current semester and returned during the returns period.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original cash register receipt (or invoice) and student ID.
- New textbooks must be free of ALL markings, rips, damage and signs of wear and tear.
- If plastic wrap is removed or package seal is broken, the Bookstore cannot return it to the publisher. Therefore, you own it.
- Drop Returns and Withdrawal Returns meeting the above requirements will be accepted through the end of that period.
- Current Buyback value will be offered after the return deadlines.
- Franciscan University Bookstore reserves the right to refuse a refund at anytime. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager's discretion.

Gift Gallery Return Policy
Franciscan University Bookstore will accept merchandise for refund or exchange if returned to us, in new condition,
within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be accompanied by invoice or cash register receipt.
Merchandise without a receipt or invoice may be exchanged at current retail price; no refund will be issued.
Discontinued or clearanced merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Dissatisfaction in the product is not an acceptable reason for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping fees will be charged for an exchange.
Merchandise in new condition must meet the following guidelines:
- Shrink wrap must be intact
- Items must be in original packaging
- Apparel must have all tags attached
- Apparel must not be dirty, torn, washed or worn
Returns that do not meet the criteria will be refused and returned to the customer.
Franciscan University Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any return. All refunds are subject to the manager's discretion.

Discontinued or clearanced tradebooks are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping fees will be charged for an exchange.
Tradebooks in new condition must meet the following guidelines:
- Books must contain no markings
- Books must not be bent, torn, scratched, dented, or have broken spines
- Shrink wrap must be intact
Tradebook returns that do not meet the criteria will be refused and returned to the customer.

Media Return Policy
Franciscan University Bookstore will accept media (audio, video, and music) for refund or exchange if returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Media must be accompanied by invoice or cash register receipt.
Computer software is non-returnable.
Media returned without a receipt or invoice may be exchanged at current retail price; no refund will be issued.
Defective media will be replaced when accompanied by a receipt or an invoice.
Discontinued or clearanced media are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Dissatisfaction in the content of the product is not an acceptable reason for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping fees will be charged for an exchange.
Media in new condition must meet the following guidelines:
- Cases must not be cracked or broken
- Cases must not be bent, torn, scratched or dented
- Shrink wrap must be intact
We do not stock conference media. These titles are made as they are ordered therefore, expect 3 weeks for delivery.
These items are non returnable.
Returns that do not meet the criteria will be refused and returned to the customer.
Franciscan University Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any return. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager's discretion.

Damaged in Transit
Merchandise damaged in transit is not the responsibility of Franciscan University Bookstore. Please make claim with your carrier.

Packaging Guidelines
When packaging products for return, please refer to your carrier's guidelines (UPS, FedEx) as well as the following:
- Books should be packed flat with spines facing outer walls of carton.
- Empty space within a carton must be filled with ample paper, bubble pack, styrofoam, etc...
- The carton must include
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Original sales receipt
- Quality of the return is the customer's responsibility - please pack with care.
